Step 1 – Determine Your Calories
Getting abs isn’t about building muscle… its about losing fat. Everyone has abs. The problem is that most people have a layer of fat over them, so they aren’t visible. And no amount of ab workouts will get rid of the fat. The only way to do that is to burn more calories than you take in each day… so the first thing you have to do is figure out how many calories you need to eat everyday…
Step 2 – Stick to a good plan
The problem that most people have is that they just don’t know what they’re doing. There is so much misinformation these days that it can be hard to determine what’s true and whats not. What really works?

Step 3 – Use the right supplements
Let me say this first… supplements are not magic. They will not work miracles. They won’t do much unless you follow step 1 and step 2 correctly. Now with that being said, they do provide some very good benefits and will definitely help with the results.
But again, the problem is that most people just don’t know what works and what doesn’t. There are so many different supplements that promise this and that, but do they really work?
There are really only a handful of supplements that you should take that actually work. I took every one of these during the transformation in the picture above and I can honestly say that my results would not have been the same without them.
Step 4 – Be consistent!!!
This is probably the most important step. Too many people start a diet only to give up a few days in. You will never see results that way. You have to stick to it and really give it an honest shot.
