If there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout these past few months, it’s that calories are the single most important factor on whether or not you lose weight.
Forget about everything you’ve heard about dieting. You don’t have to eat 5-6 times per day. You don’t have to eat every 2-3 hours. You can eat however late you want. You don’t have to stick to clean foods. Carbs are not the enemy. Wheat bread is no better than white bread. And I could go on and on.
At the end of the day, the only thing that really matters is that you burn more calories than you consume. That’s right… You can eat WHATEVER you want as long as you fit it in to your calories for the day.
It’s a real eye opening experience that will change the way I eat forever. It allows you to make a lifestyle change, rather than just dieting.
